Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This privacy policy applies to all apps published by AppIT (“we”, “us”) — both our free apps and those offering paid subscriptions. Our apps work without an account and keep the content you create local to your device unless you intentionally use a feature that requires sending it elsewhere, such as encrypted backup. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
1. What We Collect
No account is required. We do not automatically collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, saved records, wallet information, or advertising identifier. Depending on the app and the features you use, we may receive these limited categories:
- Feedback: If you submit feedback, we receive your rating and comments, plus your email address only if you choose to provide it for a reply.
- Notifications / alerts: If you enable notifications, an anonymous device identifier and a push notification token are registered so notifications can be delivered to your device. Neither is linked to your identity.
- First-party product analytics: In apps where this feature is enabled and disclosed in the app’s App Store privacy information, the app may automatically send a random app-generated installation identifier, a random session identifier, the event that occurred and its time, the app and operating-system versions, and limited predefined event details. These details help us understand whether onboarding, core features, and purchase flows work. They never include names, email addresses, free-form text, saved content, wallet data, StoreKit receipts, Apple transaction identifiers, or advertising identifiers.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The content you save is stored locally on your device. This includes your saved items, app settings (such as language and theme), appearance customizations, and any in-app progress. First-party product analytics may report that a predefined action occurred, but never includes the content of your saved items. An encrypted backup leaves your device only when you choose to use that feature. You can remove locally stored data at any time by deleting the app.
3. Third-Party Data Sources
Some apps may fetch publicly available data from third-party providers in real time. These requests contain no personal information. Please refer to each provider’s own privacy policy for details on how they handle API requests.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases; others are entirely free. This section applies only when you make a purchase in an app that offers one.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store (or Google Play, where applicable) and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated user identifier, your purchase history for that app, and general device information (such as device model and OS version) in order to validate purchases and keep your access in sync across your devices. We never receive or store your name, payment card details, or billing address — payment information is handled entirely by Apple or Google. Apps without subscriptions or purchases send nothing to RevenueCat at all.
5. Encrypted Backups
Where an app offers an encrypted cloud backup feature, your backup is encrypted before it leaves your device, and only you can decrypt it with your private recovery code. We cannot read the contents of your backups.
6. No Data Sales
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Limited information described in this policy may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf to host our services, deliver notifications, or validate purchases. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
7. No Advertising or Cross-App Tracking
Our apps contain no advertisements and use no advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, or fingerprinting technologies. The limited first-party product analytics described above is used only to improve our own apps. It is not used to follow you across apps or websites and is not combined with advertising data.
8. Product Analytics and Crash Reporting
We do not automatically collect crash reports. Where first-party product analytics is enabled, we receive only the anonymous, predefined funnel events described in Section 1. We use them to measure whether important app flows work and to diagnose broad product problems, not to reconstruct the content of your activity.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our apps do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and they are not directed at children.
10. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be made available on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
