Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy outlines how AppIT collects, uses, and protects your personal information across all our applications (Legato Vault, PsyOp Detector, Crypto Pulse, Ex Libris Lookup, The Vise, PsyMap, and Grading Grounds).

The short version: We don't collect any more data than is absolutely necessary for the apps to function. We don't sell your data. We don't use ads.

1. Data Collection

We build our applications to rely primarily on on-device processing and storage. When you use our apps, the data you generate stays on your device by default — it is not uploaded to our servers.

We only collect:

  • Anonymized crash reports: To help us fix bugs and improve stability.
  • Anonymous analytics: Basic usage metrics (like which features are used most) to guide future development. This cannot be tied back to you.
  • Support correspondence: If you contact us for support, we keep that message to reply to you and maintain a history of our conversation.

2. How We Use Data

Any data collected is used solely for the purpose of maintaining and improving the applications. We do not construct profiles of individual users, nor do we track you across different applications or services.

3. Third-Party Services

We use a minimal set of trusted third-party services to power certain features:

  • RevenueCat: For processing payments and subscriptions securely.
  • Sentry: For anonymous crash reporting.
  • CoinGecko API (Crypto Pulse only): Used to fetch live cryptocurrency market data.

These services are bound by their own privacy policies and we have configured them to prioritize your privacy.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Since most data is stored on your device, you can simply delete the app to remove it. For any data sent to us directly (like support emails), you can contact us to have it removed.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the apps or via email if you have subscribed to our newsletter.
