Terms of Use

These are the rules that apply when you use apps published by AppIT (“we”, “us”). They cover both our free apps and those offering paid subscriptions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Our apps are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Subscriptions

Some of our apps offer an optional auto-renewing subscription (for example, monthly or annual plans); others are entirely free, and the subscription sections below apply only to apps that offer one. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (or Google account, where applicable) at confirmation of purchase.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown when you subscribed.

4. Managing & Cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store (or Google Play) account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies.

5. Promotional Passes & Rewards

Time-limited passes or perks earned through in-app achievements are free promotional rewards, not purchases. They grant temporary access to features, expire automatically, and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.

6. Content & No Advice

Data shown in our apps may come from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. Any signals, scores, or insights are educational tools only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions — always do your own research.

7. Intellectual Property

Our apps, including their design, text, graphics, and code, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer an app except as permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an app.

9. Changes to These Terms

If these terms are updated, the revised version will be made available on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
